The Dhammakaya meditation technique or the Middle Way Meditation is the meditation for attaining the dhammakaya, was rediscovered in 1917 by Ven. Phra Mongkolthepmuni, a renowned Buddhist monk. It is one of the most ancient traditions of meditation in the world.

=Dhammakaya

" Dhammakaya " (Skt. Dharmakaya) is a Pāli word which means as practicer a Body of Enlightenment (literature mean body of truth. The term appears in many places in the Buddhist scriptures of the Theravada , Mahayana and Vajrayana schools.

Center of body

The center of the body is the uniqueness of the Dhammakaya meditation which teaches about as the natural home of the human mind as well as the inner gateway (Middle Way) to attain Buddha-nature or Tathagatagarbha or dhammakaya which can bring sentient beings to enlightenment. [[1]]

Enlightenment

Because of the immanent presence of the Buddha Principle (Buddha-dhatu/ Buddha-nature or Dharmakaya / Dhammakaya) within all beings [[2]], so if we can attain dhammakaya, it can bring us to enlightenment. Therefore dhammakaya also mean the body of enlightenment.
