- Though defilements are endless, I vow to eliminate them all.
- Though living beings are innumerable, I vow to liberate them all.
- Though the Dharmas are unlimited, I vow to learn and embrace them all.
- Though full-enlightenment is supreme, I vow to achieve them all.
