Robert Cusick

Robert Cusick has been practicing Buddhist meditation since 1997. He is a student of Gil Fronsdal and was trained as a Buddhist monk at Pa Auk Forest Monastery in Burma. Robert also trained in the Soto Zen tradition at Tassajara Zen Center in 2001. He has worked with Hameed Ali in the Diamond Approach since 2002 and is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher. He completed the Dedicated Practioners Program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and is currently participating in the Buddhist Chaplaincy training offered through the Sati Center for Buddhist Studies. Robert is on the staff at Spirit Rock Meditation Center where he manages residential meditation retreats.
