This article mentions Maple Forest Monastery and Green Mountain Dharma Center---but the monks and nuns at both of these facilities are soon moving to a new monastery called Blue Cliff Monastery in the Catskills in New York (around June 2007).

Also, in recent years (2005, 2007), Thich Nhat Hanh has visited North America to offer retreats at Deer Park Monastery only every two years, not annually.
